FRAUD ALERT: We are aware of a scam in which fraudsters have been calling our members claiming to be from SCU Credit Union. Scammers can “spoof” the name and number on a phone call or text message in the hopes that you will answer. As a reminder: SCU Credit Union will never contact you and request information like PIN, account numbers, Social Security Numbers and online banking passwords. You should not give out or confirm any of this information unless YOU initiated the phone call. Use caution if you are being pressured for information immediately or if there is a sense of urgency.

Report a Lost or Stolen Card

If you have a lost or stolen debit, ATM or credit card, please follow the instructions below immediately. If you have any concerns that you are the victim of identity theft or fraud, please contact the credit bureaus, the Credit Union and any other financial institutions where you have accounts immediately.

Report Fraud Immediately

If you think you have been the victim of identity theft or fraud, contact SCU Credit Union immediately at 781-784-7725, any other financial institutions where you have accounts, and the three major credit bureaus to request a fraud alert be placed on your credit report.
