Fraudsters have been sending texts that appear to be from SCU Credit Union, including fake links designed to steal your account information. Do not click any links! Always access our website by typing the address directly into your browser. Scammers can also “spoof” our name or phone number to make their messages look legitimate. Remember: SCU Credit Union will never ask for your PIN, account numbers, Social Security Number, or online banking password. Only provide personal information if you initiated the contact, and use caution if you feel pressured or a sense of urgency.
We welcome requests for donations. To ensure our charitable giving makes a positive impact, we've established guidelines to help us manage our annual giving. We look to support organizations in the following areas:
Youth Programs
Social Programs
Educational Events
Health Service
Cultural Events
Environment
The range of organizations supporting our local communities is incredible. They play an extremely important role, serving people in need, and working to improve life for all. Every year, as part of our World Kindness Day celebration, we commit random acts of kindness and ask our members to nominate an organization for a donation. In addition, we actively encourage local organizations to ask us for donations and support. Below are just a few of the amazing organizations we ask you to consider joining us in supporting.
Ann’s Little Treasures – North Attleboro
Blessing in a Backpack – Brockton
Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South
ConfiKids – Sharon
Mass Arts Center - Mansfield
All requests must be submitted with a donation request form via website. Verbal requests will not be considered.
Our donations will not be made outside the communities SCU Credit Union serves, to political organizations, or capital campaigns.
