Once you have some money saved in your new SCU Direct Account consider making a longer-term investment in your future by opening a fixed rate high yield share certificate. Terms range from 3 months to 60 months and only require a $500 minimum balance to open.
Your monthly dividends can be withdrawn, transferred to another SCU Credit Union product, or can be compounded. Principal can be withdrawn prior to term but will incur a penalty. See our current rates.
