Online Banking Multi-Factor Authentication Update
Starting on Thursday, April 8, 2021 SCU Credit Union online banking multi-factor authentication (MFA) will no longer use challenge questions to verify your identity. Instead, you will receive a one-time verification code via text, email or phone call. This update will further protect you from potential fraudsters.
