FRAUD ALERT: We are aware of a scam in which fraudsters have been texting our members claiming to be from SCU Credit Union. Scammers can “spoof” the name and number text message in the hopes that you will respond. As a reminder: SCU Credit Union will never contact you and request information like PIN, account numbers, Social Security Numbers and online banking passwords. You should not give out or confirm any of this information unless YOU initiated the phone call. Use caution if you are being pressured for information immediately or if there is a sense of urgency.

Important Notice About Mobile Check Deposit

Dear Valued Member,

Starting on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, all checks submitted through SCU Credit Union's Mobile Check Deposit must have "For Mobile Deposit at SCU" written on the back under your endorsement signature.

Checks submitted without "For Mobile Deposit at SCU" clearly visible in the picture of the back of the check will be declined.

As a reminder, please retain your check(s) for 30 days after the deposit has posted to your account prior to securely destroying it.
