Sharon Credit Union's 2019 Shred It Day event was a huge success with more than 80 laundry detergent donations! Sharon Credit Union donated the detergent to the Ilse Marks Food Pantry in Stoughton, the Canton Food Pantry, and the Our Daily Bread Mansfield Food Pantry.

All three of these local food pantries host weekly visitation hours for local clients and residents to collect goods that they need. Laundry detergent is an expensive, but necessary, good that food pantries are always in need of. Sharon Credit Union, the staff at these local pantries, and those clients and residents who will use the detergent are thankful for the generous donations from SCU members.
